2020/21: The Arts

In the second year, the arts are in the focus of attention, first of all, the concept of a force attributed to the arts themselves. That force is claimed both in artistic productions as well as in the emergence of new forms of art and in the historiography of art. Closely linked to endeavours in natural philosophy and the sciences, conceptions of artistic forces arise, which in turn impact on the conceptualisation of natural forces.
