Farewell: Frederike Middelhoff

We are bidding farewell to our research associate Dr. Frederike Middelhoff, who will be joining the Department of German Literature and its Didactics at Goethe University Frankfurt as a Junior Professor from March 2020. We would like to thank her particularly for her research contributions on the topic »Naturkraft. Zur Kulturgeschichte einer Denkfigur« (»Force of Nature. On the Cultural History of a Conceptual Figure«), her involvement in the conception of the workshop on potency entitled »Von der Kraft der Zeugung (18. - 20. Jahrhundert)«, as well as the conference »Form- und Bewegungskräfte« (»Forces of Form and Motion«). We are pleased that Frederike Middelhoff will remain an associate member of our Centre for Advanced Studies and wish her the very best for her new position in Frankfurt!
