We have an open position available: 65% Research Associate (m/f/d) § 28 Subsection 3 HmbHG, 13 TV-L.

The interdisciplinary Centre for Advanced Studies is concerned with the history of the imagination of "force" in the arts and sciences from antiquity to the present. The research focus of the vacant position is in the field of modern German literary studies or comparative literature with a focus on German studies. The applicant is expected to conduct a research project that explores aesthetic, poetological, scientific, or popular notions of force or energy in literature. Responsibilities include the support and assistance of the research activities of the Centre of Advanced Studies through events and publications that are thematically relevant.
