New Artist in Residence in the Winter Term: Anastasia Kubrak

We welcome our new fellow Anastasia Kubrak, M.A. at the CAS »Imaginaria of Force«. Anastasia Kubrak is a PhD candidate at the Critical Media Lab at the Basel Academy of Art and Design FHNW and the University of Arts Linz. Her research interests include environmental media, infrastructure imaginaries, cultural studies of medicine and visual practices of counter-documentation. During her his research stay at the CAS from October 2025 to March 2026, he she will investigate the topic »Lithium. On Bathing and Mining Grounds, 1817–1914 and 2015–2024«.
