Sara Sobhe started her studies in German Language and Literature (majoring in Theater and Media) and History, Language and Culture of the Middle East (majoring in Iranian Studies) in 2015. In 2020 she completed her Bachelor's degree writing her thesis on music and light installations in contemporary theater inspired by Adolphe Appia. In the same year, she began her Master's degree in German Literature (focussing on Intercultural Literary Studies). Since the winter term of 2023/24, she has been working on her Master's thesis on ‘Sorge'-Poetics.
Furthermore, Sara Sobhe worked as a Tutor at the Institute of German Studies of the UHH, as a Student assistant at the Walter A. Berendsohn Research Center for German Exile Literature and as a Tutorial coordinator at the Centre for Migration Research and Integration Practice of the HAW Hamburg. Since October 2023, she has been working as a Student assistant for Prof. Dr. Cornelia Zumbusch at the CAS „Imaginaria of Force“.
